W. 25th & Clark, Cleveland, Ohio.
Cool atmosphere (good name and sign!) Food is average—insanely cheap breakfast special.

This is a list of places (which I am still adding to) where I ate in Cleveland in the late Eighties. If anyone has information about whether these places still exist, or how they've changed, or other information or opinions, please add comments!

The breakfast special was $1.23 (including coffee!) in the late '80s, lovingly referred to as the "one-two-three."
The Mars had a jukebox, required listening included:
'I Want To Be Rich' by Calloway and 'I'm Gonna Hire A Wino (To Decorate Our Home)" by David Frizzell.
I usually think of The Eighties as Hell On Earth, but that sounds like reason to reinvest in time machine research!
The jukes also had Who Shot JR and Space Invaders
